The meaning of life is to know and serve God. This may sound strange coming from me if you knew me in high school since I was a stoner /skater kinda guy. But what I quickly realized after losing my good friend and classmate Darren Dawson after our senior year was that I was lost and going no where. It was then that I really started searching for what it truly meant to be a Christian and not to just call myself one. After reading and studying the bible I began to understand the unbelievable gift Jesus had given me and once I began to truly live that out in my life my path was set. My life has not been easy by any stretch of the imagination: parents divorcing and remarrying, being initially rejected from medical school and working as a handyman to make ends meet, living in a 3rd world country for 2yrs while attending medical school, marrying an African woman that got me disowned from family, living in poverty for 5yrs in NYC, moving to Arkansas and on & on but in all that God has been faithful and blessed me beyond my wildest dreams. When I think back to those days with you it seems like a dream, who was Steve Ashodian, is it possible he did all those crazy things and survived? Thanks to God the answer is YES!! God Bless you and your family.

Life is good! I've been married to my husband Johnny for over 10 years and we have two energetic children (Jonah-6 and Jadyn-4) who keep us on our toes. I split my time between being a "soccer mom" and a busy business owner. After working 15 years as a graphic designer, I left the advertising world to start a photography business with my husband (he's been the photography teacher at Hoover for over 17 years). We love shooting destination weddings in Yosemite and all around California. It's fun to have a job that allows us to be artistic and creative and travel to beautiful locations! My favorite hobbies are playing soccer, playing in Photoshop and enjoying art, music and photography.

Holy Cow! Where did the time go?!
19 YEARS....it feels like yesterday.

So here's the short story:
I joined the US Navy after HS. After 4 years and one war later, I realized that college was the place for me! Went to Fresno State - GO BULLDOGS! Earned a BS and work as a Registered Dietitian. I met a great guy 11 years ago, got married, moved to Santa Barbara County and we have 2 wonderful children - Jake is 6 and Katrina is 5.

Hello all! It has been a while - but also just a blink of an eye (especially as we added more kids). I currently live in Austin, Texas (and love it). My wife and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary very soon. We have 4 kids: Zachary (7), Emily (almost 3), twins Jackson and Joshua (18mo.). This year has been very busy and we learned yet another definition of hard work. But, we are absolutely blessed! I am a software engineer at Charles Schwab. We left Fresno in '94 and spent some great time in SF. We then moved to Phoenix in '98 for a long 7 years. We are looking to get back to California at some point. We really miss it. Anyway, we will not be able to make it to the reunion this year - the planets just did not line up well this time for us. We will catch the (gulp) next one. Feel free to throw me an e-mail (scott.bray@schwab.com) or visit our family blog (http://family.brayworks.net - which seriously needs to be updated). Have a blast! Stay safe.

Oh yeah - many thanks to the staff for putting this reunion and site together - awesome work!

Scott

For the past 14 years or so I have been a stay-at-home mom, raising our six beautiful children, working on an art degree, now, at BYU. I just finished illustrating my first book (See phonicsbyspelling.com). In the meantime, I have recently gone back to work where I am the marketing coordinator for our local cable channel. I also work as a news anchor on our local news program. I have a lot of fun doing it and have met so many amazing people. In May 2008, my husband and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. It's amazing-- I'm amazed how quickly the time has flown by.

I caught the facebook bug. That takes up more time than I have!
People have been asking me how I do it with 6 children, most days I fall into bed exhausted. It has been a blessing to be a stay-at-home-mom and only since number six went to preschool that I started working while she was gone. I love my job away from my home, it is fun to be in front of a camera, and to assist people with their advertising in our community. I am fortunate to work mostly from home, and then go to the tv station to do tapings. I love being a mom even more, even though the job is far more difficult. Add me as a friend on facebook, I have enjoyed catching up with everyone!

I graduated from CSU Long Beach in 1993 with a degree in Physical Therapy. Met my husband on a blind date and married him 8 months later! We will celebrate our 10th anniversary this December. We are the extremely proud parents of two boys: Kyle is 4 yrs old and John will be 2 @ the end of September.
I work part time at a local hospital so I can be home with the boys. Michael (hubby) and his brother own Jimenez Physical Therapy, which allows him to work 4 days/week and spend a day w/ the kids, too.
Although high school was a lifetime ago, it's hard to believe this is our 20 year reunion. Looking forward to catching up with everyone!

After finishing college in New Mexico, I moved back to CA and married Janae Kruta. We lived in the SF Bay Area until the dotcom crash (temporarily) wiped out our careers. Moved to Colorado Springs, CO in '03 and started a family. We now have two wonderful kids; Claire, 4 yrs, and Quinn, 9 mos. As fate would have it, we'll be moving back to Fresno a week before the reunion, and I'll be assuming the role of Director of New Media at KSEE-TV. Talk about coming full-circle.

If I have to drive to Fresno in September, you guys all better attend!

After high school I went to Fresno State. Finally graduated after six years with my business/accounting degree. I moved down to San Diego and got a good job within a week at a CPA firm. Within a year I met my now husband, Kurt. Took us a while to get married. We got married in 2003. He's a fantastic guy that makes me laugh! A couple years ago me and three others left a company and started our own law firm that specializes in estate planning, business legal services and of course a ton of tax returns, which is my area. I was certified as a CPA in 1998. I think I took about a decade off my life with this job! Its hard and time consuming, but I am my own boss finally. My husband is a motion graphic artist and works for an indian casino here in San Diego and is also a drummer in a band. So between his shows and my work we are always on the go. Love it here in San Diego.

Can't wait to see everyone at the reunion.

As enticing as it sounds, neither Fresno in mid-September nor the gathering of such great people can take me away from my love of the outdoors. I'll sadly miss all the debauchery that night, as I'll be climbing and exploring that week in one of my favorite places in this world, the Eastern Sierra's west of Bishop.

Hope life is bringing you all many joys.

We moved to Hanford about 13 years ago, and bought a Trophy Shop that Brandon runs, and I work for Bank of the Sierra as a Real Estate Loan Officer. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!
