Hello everyone.

20 years WOW! - When we were in high school that sounded like such a long time away; today it feels as though I graduated yesterday.

I browsed the classmates page trying to remember names and faces and realized "It has been a long time"...

I hope the drinks are free for the birthday boy! Whose buying? Great day for a party!

20 Years! When I first received the invitation to this reunion I thought to myself, "Someone sure screwed up! I've still got a bit of time before my 20 year." Then I did a quick calculation... Boy does time fly.
After having lived in San Francisco for the last 17 years, in the past year I have settled in the Sacramento area with my wife and beautiful baby boy who will turn two a month after the reunion. While we are not far, we will unfortunately not be able to attend.
I hope this reunion finds each of you healthy and happy with wherever this life has led you.

Wow! 20 years already. Well, 19 for us youngsters from the class of '89.

Life is great. I live in Chicago with my fabulous husband and infant daughter (born last September). I recently retired from my career in advertising to be a stay-at-home-Mom, and am loving every single minute. Maybe Mrs. Trafican had some insight when she awarded me (and Mike Quaschnick) with triplet eggs to parent in PSL. I love being a Mom, and am having the best summer of my life; my daughter and I eat our breakfast in the park and take walks along the lake almost every day. I am thankful that I get to spend so much time with her.

It's been great reading updates and seeing family photos from fellow classmates. I'm sorry I won't be attending the reunion. I am bummed to miss it and know that it'll be a great time. I am hoping someone will take and share photos! If any of you are on Facebook, add me as a friend so we can keep in touch.

Hmmm....Well I guess I tried many occupations such as Engineering, The Forest Service and Various home based buisiness ventures before settling on an occupation. I work for a local Utility company in Fresno CA. Those of you who know me probably dont find this a surprise since I always played with electricity as a kid and young adult. After graduating I played music on the scene in Fresno for about 6 years and got tired of moving my stuff around...I decided to buckle down and get a career. I am married now and have 2 great boys. Family and kids keep you busy and is the most rewarding thing anyone could wish for in there life. I find it amazing that 20 years has went by in a flash...We lived through the best of times in my opinion. Most of this generation has only heard of our times in movies and in music...We lived it..everyday..I look forward to seeing everyone from our class of 89...

Hello everyone! Wish I could attend the reunion, but we recently moved from Clovis, Ca. to Missouri over this summer! It's cold here already!
After high school McDonalds promoted me to salary manager (some of you knew that I worked at McDonalds thru-out high school). It took me almost 6 years sweating, and laboring over hot fries to make it as the store manager. Worked for 2 more years with them, then I met my husband Shay! What a wonderful guy, I left McDonalds and married my husband. We opened up a computer retail-service store in Clovis (Shayco Technologies, inc.), 2 years later we also had our son Mason (12 years old now). After owning our business for 10 years we sold it, and our house in Clovis. Now, here we are in MO (all of my husband's family lives here). I work at a local hospital as RN, but want higher pay so I am currently in BSN program. I hope everyone has a fantastic time at the reunion!

Still living in Boulder, Colorado for over ten years... never left Fresno other than when I lived in Germany for a year. Enjoying the Rockies, but miss the Sierras and the ocean sometimes. I will be making a vacation of it....on my way I will stop in Huntington Beach to try to get my fill of the beach with some friends and then drive up the 101 to visit in SLO town with family and see Mike Patterson hopefully, then to the "No" for some produce and wine-tastin' on the way. Then I will feel like I am on a holiday. Boy do we all need one....19 years!!!!!!!!!!!!! The leaves are slightly changin' already here in the "Mile High". This is a great excuse to go home during the school year. Oh yeah, I am working as a school nurse at an elmentary school for now... see you all soon.

I've been living in San Jose for 14 years. I am a 1st grade teacher and love my job (most days!) We spent our summer taking 3 trips and playing on the lake/boating. So heading back to work for the new school year today was hard!!! My husband, Scott, and I have been married 10 years. We have two adorable boys. Brandon is 6 years old, and is in first grade at my school. Bryce is 4 years old, and in pre-kinder. When we're not spending our weekends at all of their sports activities, we are in Fresno visiting friends and family! I miss everyone in Fresno and head there at least twice a month!

Hi, All- Congratulations to those who have shared happy news- albeit flourishing careers, wonderful spouses, and/or the next generation of beautiful children (& even some adult children!). For those of you who are struggling, I hope that the future is brighter. Reviewing the Hoover Class of '88 brings back memories not just of high school, but of all my years in Fresno, including those at Eaton, Ahwahnee JH, and CSUF. As someone very dear to me once said, “No matter what, Fresno will always be our hometown”. Me? I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in '92 & subsequently obtained graduate degrees in psychology and administration. I presently supervise school psychologists in the SF Valley, but have resided in Santa Monica for the last several years. No husband/children yet , but who knows what the future has in store? Wow, has it occurred to anybody else that if there is another reunion 20 years from now, we will be approaching 60, if we are lucky….?! May life be kind to each and every one of you! I wasn't going to come, but I will be in town on business that week (we are opening an office in Fresno ironically). I guess I still have a little bit of time to decide.
Short history: Graduated, got married, BA, did the music scene in Hollywood, worked at New Line Cinema, had a kid, taught at a college, directed a movie, produced a movie, went broke, had another kid, business, business, more business, MA, more business, moved to Montana, one more business, and one more kid.

I can't believe it has been 20 years since we all graduated. After high school I attended Fresno State and graduated with my degree in Accounting. Once I finished college I moved to Seattle to pursue a career in a grunge band. Little be known to me that grunge music was already dead so my career did not last long. Next I decided to join the Rodeo Circuit. I have been riding bulls ever since and I have brought home a few bull riding titles (1999, 2003, and 2005). Riding Bulls for a living can be a tough job but I have been very fortunate to have such great sponsors (Wrangler, El Dorado Boots, and Jimmy Dean). As far as my family goes.....I met my wife (Melanie Madden) in 2000 and got married in 2001. We are happily married with a daughter (Savvy Satori Smith) and currently live in San Diego. I hope to get out of the Rodeo game soon and maybe get a corporate job somewhere. I can't wait to see you all again.
